The service we have received from Caring Crew for my mother has been excellent. Caring Crew have been very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my 93-year-old mother’s needs. 

The qualified and diverse team of carers are compassionate, respectful and understanding of my mother’s needs. My wife and I feel very reassured that she has this excellent support at home to give her greater confidence and improve her quality of life.

The carer arrives everyday morning and evening to make sure Mum is safe, happy and help her with personal care. They are reliable, respectful and sensitive to her Asian cultural needs. My Mum looks forward to the carers coming, she has formed a bond with each of them. She really appreciates the care they provide. 

The entire team are extremely efficient, caring and fully understand the requirements of my mother’s care and have the necessary skills to provide them. They act in a timely and professional manner, deal with queries promptly and are always available when I contact them. I feel fully supported and reassured by Caring Crew and would highly recommend them.

Our family  really  can’t thank you all enough for all your support kindness and compassion shown looking after our dear mum albeit for a short time.

 As the main carer I had peace of mind knowing that you were always at the end of the phone should I have needed you . Without your support I wouldn’t have been able to get on with my own life juggling work and caring for my children . I was able to be a daughter again.

With the fantastic support of The Caring Crew we were  able to fulfil mums wish to be able to remain in her own home for as long as possible . We will be forever grateful that we did fulfil that wish . 

You all went above and beyond . She was always treated with dignity and respect. Each and every one of the carers were so lovely not only to our mum but to our family too  . We were kept well informed of mums care . She really did receive the best care. 

Sadly mum had to go into hospital where she passed away .  Tracey and Kerry were constantly in contact giving me so much support. We will be forever grateful to you all and you will always hold a special place in our hearts. 

“Caring crew have been looking after my father since November 2021.

During that time I have found them to be reliable, flexible and very respectful towards the care of my father. Tracy and her team are great and are always available to respond quickly to any requests changes etc.
My father always looks forward to seeing them and they always treat him with kindness and courtesy. He celebrated his 101st birthday in May this year and my father and I were surprised and really delighted when Tracy and the carers all turned up with a cake and card to make a fuss. That really made his day and just showed how they care for the people they look after.

The Caring Crew has been the provider for my parents’ needs for the last 3+ years now after the service transitioned from PCC Reablement to them. Like everything, relationships take time to cultivate and what my parents now have with the whole team is nothing short of excellent, in particular with the longer-tenured staff who go way beyond being ‘just a carer’. Their love, fondness, and vigilance shown towards both my mother and father have been way above the call of duty and this has had a tremendously positive impact on them in their declining health years. I know this has been lovingly acknowledged and reciprocated by my parents too. From an administrative perspective, the office and managerial team are always on hand to help manage any queries or points I may need to discuss, even managing the occassional out-of-hours emergency. Everything is always handled with professionalism and appropriate concern and I am extremely grateful to everyone at the Caring Crew for everything they do.

We have had the services of Caring Crew for a few weeks now and we are delighted with their compassion, support, and dedication to our elderly relative. With physical frailty, as well as Alzheimer’s Disease, he was initially reluctant to have a carer, but their kindness, patience, care, and respect have won him over.
Caring Crew takes great pains to tailor their care to the individual and their support is invaluable to us as he isn’t the only relative we have to care for, as well as work and care for our own homes.We honestly don’t know how we would cope without Caring Crew’s support and highly recommend them to anyone having a stressful time caring for a loved one.

I found Caring Crew very professional, caring and friendly. I had an operation on my eye and required a responsible person to stay with me in the 48 hours post operation and take me to the hospital if required. I needed someone to organise my eye drops as this was an important task that had to be completed 6 times per day for 6 weeks. I found my carer easy to talk to and she was a good cook. I would definitely recommend Caring Crew.
